Sushi Roll Report Form

If you see an interesting sushi roll at a sushi bar, watch the sushi chef make one, then write down what was in it and how he did it. This is how I learn how to make new sushi rolls, and I usually find an interesting one in about every other sushi bar I visit. I usually write the roll recipe down on the chopsticks wrapper, often after several beers or hot sakes.

Note: There are those who would consider this "stealing" and I don't dispute this. I rationalize this activity by noting that we are not using this for commercial purposes, we are only using this information for personal enjoyment.
