Spring Break with enthusiasm and creativity! Let's have some fun!
How to Create A Camp Internet Outpost Web Site
This 8am-3pm workshop will help teachers upload text and image files to a simple template that will allow you to showcase
your classroom activities with Camp Internet.
Training for Indio area will be Wednesday April 17th, and Trailing for San Bernardino, Riverside and Los Angeles Area will
be in Ontario, Friday April 19th. We need a minimum of eight teachers registered per site and have room for up to 24-30 to attend
each session. Please RSVP to camp@campitnernet.net
Happy Camper Retreat
The Spring Teachers Retreat will be held a Descanso Gardens in La Canada, near Pasadena, on Saturday April 27th.
We welcome you to attend the luncheon and join in the strategy sessions for ways to bring Camp Internet to your classroom next year.
The dollars for teacher technology training are the greatest ever, so come learn how to leverage those funds to help your class and
others in your district join in the new Camp program for 2002-2003. Session begins at noon, sign in 11:30, and includes a guided

Day Two GPS Training for LAUSD Teacher
LAUSD Campers needing to attend a Day Two GPS Training can come enjoy the marvelous Descanso Gardens for the day. Session begins at 9am in the Science Building for a GIS overview, and then goes outside in the gardens for a GPS How-to, Bring-your-own-lunch (or eat at café) and then afternoon Garden Tour. This will provide the resources you need to publish your field report in the upcoming Day Three Session in May. Required for all LAUSD teachers. Families members can attend and pay separate entrance fees. RSVP to Beverley Royster's Office.
April is the Month to Create and Post your Internet Digs Online !
See the easy how-to in the Teachers Web (left side bar, Dig Workshop), test your work there in private. Then reserve a date to post your Dig online and thrill your students with a Dig created by their OWN teacher! When ready to post to call, set a date by writing to camp@campinternet.net.
