DIG will be in the Chat room all day and will teach students how to learn about the REALLY UNUSUAL oceanography of the Channel region and why it has been able to support such an abundance of sea and human life for thousands of years. This is our second week featuring Native Seafaring and Trading as we study the interaction between the islands and mainland. Coming Up Camp Alumni special projects will be featured early in Novembers in the Teacher's Chat room - come see teacher innovations and adaptations of the Camp resources for their classrooms. The gallery of projects will open November 7th and remain until November 30th. Then we host a Meet-the-Author with provocative thinker Harley Hahn, author of numerous million best-seller Internet books. Harley will be with us for the Tuesday November 14th Teacher's Chat, 7-8pm. Family Night Our featured Family Night this month has been moved to November 16th so we can do a camp-wide ROCK ART Family Night. Please invite families to attend by sending home the announcement that will be sent to you as an attachment for opening on a PC with Outlook ideally.
