How to Read a GIS Map
To find clinic information or school information select the red outline box tool in the lefthand toolbar. That icon shows a red --- outline with a black arrow.
Select this tool by clicking on it and then draw a box around the area on the map you want information about. Draw by pointing to the map with your mouse, hold down your left mouse button and draw an outline box on the map.
At the bottom of the map you will see the informatin from the database appear. All available information and records will show in that area.
To print the map select the printer icon at the bottom of the lefthand toolbar, give the map a name when prompted for a map name and then print.
