IV Erate-discounted services

Camp Internet can provide web-based email services to schools, districts, individual classrooms or libraries. The costs for this service can qualify for Erate discounts for participating schools and districts. Applications are due each December - see www.sl.universalservice.org.

To select our program as your web-based email provider, please first list Web Based Email as an Internet Service on the initial Erate 470 application. Then when the follow-up 471 forms are due, contact us for SPIN# and cost information. Form 471 are due around mid January each year. Your free and reduced lunch rate level determines your level of discount, up to 90%. This means Erate will fund up to 90% of Camp web based email costs.

Each classroom group of 35 students and one teacher, who applies for a web-based email package with USAC, can also elect to add Camp Internet to their classroom at no additional cost. Districts can apply for all classrooms and teachers, and then select which classes will enjoy the add-on of Camp Internet, or schools can apply individually for one or more classrooms.
