Ancient Southwest Briefing

February 25 - March 1, 2002

DINOSAURS HO !!

Come explore this REALLY Ancient Southwest unit and meet the amazing DINOSAURS that roamed the West. Can you name the THREE periods of Dinosaur life? Who lived when? What did they eat? And what must the Ancient Southwest climate have been like then to support these huge, hungry beasts? A lot wetter, filled with trees and lakes, and home to some giant plants that still live on today in a modern form.

Southwest DIG is on DINOSAURS all week !
