Group #2 Kaitlin I am For the dam because illnesses are spreading from the dirty water. The city has the ocean right next to it sure, but can they use it ? NO! The mountains are the only way of bringing water to the city. Another reason they need the water is because a booming city like San Francisco has a lot of people and not enough water to support it.
