Andrea's canyon was a great way to learn about plants and animals . There was a real live indian there to show us all
about the things that where there. It was the creosote that
inpresed me the way you breathe on it and then smell it and it has the scent of the dessert in the rain.

Marcy, Camp Internet: . . . . Thu, Apr 5, 8:38PM PST (-0800 GMT)
Challenge : find out where the water that fills the Oasis of Mara comes from - and what geologic feature brings it to the surface ... Your ranger tomorrow can tell you how the locations of the oasis change .. and how they 'lost' one of theirs .. and where it went ... and that it was connected to the very one you are staying at tonight.
J. Ross: . . . . Thu, Apr 5, 8:46PM PST (-0800 GMT)
Sorry, we lost our connection - we'll try the challenge
No star watching - too cloudy - We'll report on these after Spring break as well as our field reports for tomorrow - signing off
