Community Technology Advisory Councils

In order to implement community projects RAIN coordinates the formation of a Community Technology Advisory Council (CTAC) in each community.

The council is comprised of representatives from local organizations and special interest groups who want to use technology to empower their community, making recommendations on the implementation of resources and technology.

By providing valuable input, this council oversees the community-level components of the DLT project, insuring local community resources, knowledge, and interests are always utilized.
