Youth Technology Corp

Although the Community Technology Advisory Councils are the primary source of input and collaboration for the DLT Project, RAIN also recognizes the power of youth as "Change Agents", many times being more proficient with technology than their adult counterparts. It is with this idea that we have formed the Youth Technology Corp, or "YTC". Each community's YTC group is focused on technology projects that benefit their community and themselves, allowing youth to contribute their skills and efforts while at the same time preparing them for future career opportunities. Along with being focused on technology, the Youth Technology Corp acts as a youth advisor to the community's Technology Advisory Council, bringing the voice of youth to the table and taking the lead on projects as needed.
