    Chris Landon, MD


    Dr. Landon is the lead medical visionary who shapes and moves RAIN's telemedicine programs.

    Timothy Kaufman CEO of Second Opinion Software: Tim holds a BS in Computer Science from California State University, Dominguez Hills. He is a specialist in network integration and custom programming, working with private companies and government agencies to plan and implement their technological requirements.
