  • DON'T let asthma stop you from getting exercise.
  • DON'T panic when an asthma flare-up happens. Keep calm and follow your Personal Asthma Manasement P1an.
  • DON'T let asthma keep you up at night. Talk to your doctor about night-time symptoms.
  • DON'T let symptoms become too serious before caIling the doctor.
  • DON'T try to keep medication instructions in your head. Be sure to write them down. Look over the instructions often. Talk to your doctor wheneveryou need to so that you feel comfortable with the Personal Asthma Management Plan.
