Breastmilk is the best food for your baby. Feed you baby Breastmilk or iron-fortified formula.

Use a trainer cup for plain water and fruit juice. Do not put sugar water, sweetened drinks, cereal, fruit juice in the bottle.

Give you baby infant cereals, strained vegetables and fruits by spoon.

Start one new food at a time. Wait 5 days before giving the next new food.

Watch for rash or sickness.

Hold your baby while feeding. Let your baby decide how much to eat.

Do not give honey or corn syrup during the first year. This can make your baby very sick.
