Breastmilk is the best food for your baby.

Feed you baby Breastmilk or iron-fortified formula. Wait until first birthday to give cows milk.

Let your baby drink from a small cup or a trainer cup. Do not put sugar water, sweetened drinks, cereal, fruit juice in the bottle.

Give your baby infant cereals, strained vegetables and fruits by spoon. Give soft finger foods. Let your baby decide how much to eat.

Always be near when your baby eats. Babies can choke. Do not give your baby popcorn, peanuts, seeds, nuts, grapes, peanut butter, raisins, raw vegetables, meat sticks or hot dogs

Give Your baby fruit for desert. Baby deserts in a jar are not needed.

Do not give honey or corn syrup during the first year. This can make your baby very sick.
