Vision Statement
It is the GreenNet Project's vision that families participating in the project will develop self-sufficiency skills and abilities that will help them serve as examples of success and as agents of positive change in their communities.
Mission Statement
The Neighborhood GreenNet Project provides resident families of Santa Barbara Housing Authority with the experiences and opportunities to develop and practice positive and open communication patterns, planning skills, conflict resolution skills, and effective parental monitoring skills. As a family, participants will learn to use new communications technologies and develop green entrepreneurial projects through intergenerational exchange of knowledge and skills.
