Important Information

This is to inform you about the Pediatric Diagnostic Center and help streamline our interactions.

Appointments
Our Appointment hours are
8:45 AM to 3:30 PM.
If you are late to an appointment you may need to be seen at the end of clinic or reschedule to another time. 
If your Child is sick:
Call our office first thing in the morning if you think your child is going to need to be seen in the clinic for illness.  One of our nurses will triage your call and make an appointment or give you advice on how to deal with your sick child.  At night you will reach our answering service who will contact a doctor if necessary. 

Once you arrive at our office:

Please check in with our receptionist.  Try to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time to update any information. Even if your child has been seen at the clinic for a prior visit,  we will want to confirm that we have your current address and telephone number.  We may also ask to see a picture ID.  Please try to bring both your insurance card and your child's immunization card. 

During your visit:

Please bring up any questions or concerns at the beginning of your visit so they may be addressed in a timely manner.  If you don't understand all the medical terms, please ask questions so you understand your child's health issues.

Prescription Refills

Please contact your pharmacy for refills.  The pharmacy will fax the request for refills to our office at (805) 641-4494.  Please allow 72 HOURS  for processing prescriptions once the request is received by our office.
