[CINC] LAST MINUTE FAIR SHIFT SUB

Volunteers, all shifts have been filled for the fair except for a 
cancellation tomorrow, Wednesday, from 4-9pm.  This is the first day of 
the fair, and we have one other park staffer scheduled.  Your help is 
appreciated, please let me know if you can step in.  You have a paid 
ticket and I will send you instructions...
