[CINC] Gulf of Mexico spill response

There has obviously been a lot of interest in the response to the Deepwater 
Horizon oil spill.
I've been tracking some of the data from the daily response statistics 
available on the response web site.

Attached is the Monday report and the graph of data I have tracked.
