For all those Ocean Enthusiasts who want to contribute to 0cean Clean-up ventures before the end of this month: Click on the the Save the Mermaids website <www.savethemermaids.net> and click "events" to download coupons that you can present at Borders Aug 28-29. You don't save $$, but 10% of whatever you spend will go to their on-going cleanup and education campaign as a non-profit. Paul

Good afternoon!  We are now accepting community outreach sign-ups for
September.  Please send your request to me and I will add you to our
calendar.  Here are the two events for this month:



***BACK TO SCHOOL & BEYOND 2010- September 19, Sunday,
10am-4pm 

"Discovering the NATURE of Fun Expo" @ Santa Barbara Museum of Natural
History  

A day of fun and music for families and educators!  Learn about
exciting field trips and after-school opportunities organizations offer
children in our community.



***COASTAL CLEAN UP DAY - September 25, Saturday, 9am-12pm (You
do NOT need to sign-up for this, but don't forget to wear your
uniform!)

Also, the Park Foundation is sponsoring Surfer's Knoll to Harbor Cove
