[CINC] Ship Traffic Observation

Attached is a screen capture from this morning of ship traffic in our area.
I look at this periodically and see a pattern that most of the tankers (red)
and cargo vessels (green) now go outside the islands.  I assume this is due
to the California pollution restrictions, but it also puts traffic in the
vicinity of the whales this year.
