[CINC] report of blue whales just off Palos Verdes

My husband has said he has seen plenty off of San Clemente Island as well.

Hello all,
My sister told me she saw blue whale spouts about a mile off PV.  She said
there were over ten and that they were heading west.  I ask if she had
confirmation from someone with more experience.  She said there was a man
there with a telescope who was knew much about whales and he said they were
blues.
Have any of you gotten info on blues off PV?
