[CINC] The stairs at Anacapa

Hi CINCers,

I tried to send the photos of the new stairs on Tuesday, the day all  
this was happening, but the rain list has them on hold. Anyway......
so if you would like to see the pictures of the sky-crane helicopter  
bringing the old stairs back to Ventura and taking the new stair to  
Anacapa, click on the link.
