Just a reminder of tomorrow's public Sanctuary Advisory Council meeting from 9:00-3:15 held at the CINP VC Auditorium.  Materials including agenda are available at:
http://channelislands.noaa.gov/sac/announcement.html   As Shauna mentioned before, CINC volunteer hours can be counted for attending.
