[CINC] anacapa stairwell installation

greetings cinc volunteers. i have just learned that the anacapa stairwell
is planned to be installed next week depending on weather. if everything
goes as planned, the park hopes to open the island sometime in early
december. therefore, clare will be scheduling ai trips for december. as
soon as i receive more information on the opening of the island i will pass
it on.
