[CINC] Substitute request SCI hike Oct. 13th

Can anyone sub for me for a hike on SCI tomorrow?  The boat leaves at 
9:00 according to the schedule.   I feel that I may be coming down 
with a one day flu that has now hit almost everyone in our extended 
family in the last week (7 people) except me. Don't think that would 
be the best time to be on the island if I am right about my getting it.
