[CINC] Operation Clean Sweep in Santa Barbara needs volunteers

Thank you Catherine for sending this notice out about the harbor's 
annual clean-up event. CINC volunteers interested in participating 
should contact Shauna directly to RSVP. Also, the May outreach calendar 
will be ready next week with other CINC volunteer opportunities!
