Few young grays

"first" blue of the season near platform Holly

Common and bottle nose

 

Boat filled with 75+ passengers 9am. A bit swelly for some of course with
the usual clean up and courtesy bags. Slow traveling young grays today,
small in stature, very close to shore. A bit of dolphin excitement to keep
the trip going with a few bottlenose and a medium size pod of commons.

 

Noonish trip, another slow moving young gray close to shore, surrounded by
all the Santa Barbara commercial whale watching vessels, and one private
boat not aware of what we were watching. Again, a few bottle nose and then a
quiet channel after that.
