[CINC] IPCO 4/17

Both trips found no whales, with the am trip seeing just a handful of common 
dolphins and the afternoon trip viewing 2 pods totaling about 300.  Nice day on 
the water though with Captain Mike at the helm and Andrea and Zac assisting.
