[CINC] Whale watch 8/9

A great day on the water - almost flat seas with a 2' swell, overcast and 
somewhat foggy, but the marine mammals cooperated:

5 Humpbacks 3 of which came right up to the boat and had everyone oohing and 
ahhing.  Close boat approach was great for the two individuals in wheelchairs 
who were very excited to see whales up close.
0 Blues
5 Dall's
about 1200 common dolphins with lots of little babies
Many sea lions clowning around

Other naturalists included Vic Cox and Gary Sullivan PID.
Crew included Captain Matt, and hands Matt & Dennis
