[CINC] cleaning up the ocean

I recently read a book "Moby Duck" that discussed plastic pollution (starting with a container ship losing a load of bathtub toys in a storm).  The author went out with oceanographers and clean-up folks to the "Garbage Patch" and shoreline coves that accumulate our sea-going trash,  He also visited some of the sources, e.g., factories in China.  An interesting read.
