[CINC] REMINDER: 2011 CINC Survey and 2012 Participation

Thank you to those of you that have completed your 2011 CINC Survey and 
2012 Participation online form. You received a separate email on 
11/22/11 titled: "IMPORTANT: CINC 2011 Survey & 2012 Participation".

Please respond to the link in that email. It is important that we hear 
from you soon. At the end of January we will remove volunteers that have 
not responded from the roster and you will not be able to sign-up for 
CINC program activities until we hear from you. If you do not have a 
copy of my original email please let me know and I will forward it to 
you. For privacy issues, please do not send the link to the RAIN list 
and if you have any questions, please reply to me directly and not the 
entire RAIN list.

Thank you for you cooperation and I am looking forward to seeing you at 
the annual volunteer recognition dinner on Thursday,  January 26, 2012 
(be on the look out for an Evite very soon!).
