[CINC] CX 12/10/11

Today was the first day that the Condor Express resumed whale watching
excursions. It has been approximately six weeks that she was in dry dock for
annual maintenance.

We had 12 passengers who enjoyed a beautiful Fall day. Capt. Mat had a tip
that there were both Humpback's and Orcas spotted yesterday SE of Santa
Barbara. We headed in that direction and spotted the following:

 

One Minke

20 Offshore Bottlenose 

20 Commons

And approx 500 Risso's on the backside of Anacapa

 

I was joined by fellow Naturalist's Eva Rae and Dino Dal Bon (PID)

A good time was had by all.
