[CINC] Another volunteer is hike certified

Congratulations to humpback pod member Barbara Hilburn who received her hike certification at Scorpion on Santa Cruz Island. She well managed a crowd of 35 on her first hike and nailed the interpretation. She had the crowd engrossed and received a big round of applause at the end! Yeah, Barbara!
