[CINC] open volunter spots

CINCers, I have a sudden opportunity to go to the Baja lagoons to view gray whales up close and personal on board Lindblad National Geogrphic  excursions starting this Saturday. I had Feb. 8 at SCI VC and Feb. 12 Vta. IPCO WW. I have removed myself from the Volunteer Spot, so these are now open for some lucky volunteers to snatch up!

I also need a replacement for overnight volunteers trained on AI for this weekend, Feb. 5 and 6. I am so excited.
