FLAT seas ALL day

6 Bottlenose Dolphins just west of harbor

65 Dall's porpoise that came together at the boat from several smaller
groups; they zipped around, jumped and bow-rode for 20+ minutes; I'd never
seen that many for so long, so close.

75 Risso's Dolphins

300 Common Dolphins

2 Gray whales passing each other in the gap

1 Gray deep into the SCI/SRI gap (closer to SCI) heading NORTH with regular
breathing cycles followed by a fluke each dive

1 Gray whale on the other side of gap closer to SRI heading SOUTH

A couple harbor seals

6 more Dall's on way home in the gap

Only a few sea lions 

An oystercatcher

A couple pelagic cormorants

A rhinoceros auklet

Several phalaropes

Several common murres

A visit to the cave
