[CINC] Condor 1/8/11

It was a great trip as usual.  We spotted a whale at the far east end of Santa Cruz along with a bunch of surfing risso's.   Seems the whale took a break to play with the dolphins and all the sea lions.   The whale would flip onto its back and stay on its back for 10 or 20 seconds then roll over and flip on its back again.   The whale also appeared to have a wound on it back, should show up in a photo from Bob.  Most of the adults were experiencing some form of sea sickness, but the kids and I had a great time on the roller coaster waves out to Santa Cruz.   Unable to get much of a look at painted Cave, The falls are still going but are dwindling.   Thanks to the Crew-Matt-Dave-Brook and PID Morgan.     On my way to the grand canyon for a week.
