The 50 brave passengers boarded the Island Adventure despite multiple
"warnings" of rough seas and wet cruising.  Grays were spotted off SCI and
followed for several breathing cycles. A few flukes were happily viewed by
the pleased boaters (the seas were quite nice!).   Back side of Anacapa was
the highlight of the group from Ireland who were formally native So. Cal.
residents. 

 

The plastic model made his way around the boat and was a favorite of a young
man doing his science fair project on whales J

 

Lovely people, nice seas, two "capture" balloons and a great surf experience
on the "huge" wave with the "64 foot long board", (cpt. Jimmy) into the
harbor. Cpt. Jimmy at the helm, Cpt. Lee and Andrea had excellent
narratives. Not one sick passenger!
