[CINC] CINC Picnic Reminders

Just a couple of last minute reminders for this Wednesday's picnic.

   - It would be helpful if you wore your name badge.  With a great mix of
   new naturalists and seasoned veterans that would facilitate getting to know
   each other.  I will have some stick on name tags available if you forget.
   -  Remember that spouses and significant others are most welcome and we
   look forward to meeting whomever you might bring.
   - If you have forgotten to rsvp, don't worry -  we have a pretty good
   handle on expected numbers (it will be a good turnout) and will have plenty
   of supplies -  just come.  Remember, if you don't come we will probably talk
   about you!!!
   - We will have paper plates and plastic utensils available, but bringing
   your own, non disposable items will be environmentally friendly.  Paul
   wanted to utilize paper cups for wine, however, I drew the line on that
   one.  We will have plastic wine cups for those who need one.  I will only
   drink wine from a paper cup if drinking straight from the bottle is the only
   other option!!!  There is a recycling container at our site.
   - Those that are able to help with set-up, if you would arrive sometime
   before 5:00, that would be helpful.  Thanks in advance to those who help.
   Just remember, that everyone is on the clean-up committee!!

It shouldn't rain, nor should the wind be howling.  It is supposed to be
sunny, at least partly.  But, being naturalists who encounter all types of
conditions out on the water, we will take whatever nature throws our way on
Wednesday.  See you at the picnic.
