[CINC] Channel Islands Live postcards and bookmarks

Soon we will be adding postcards and bookmarks that highlight Channel
Islands Live programs into the whale kits on the boats. We don't want these
to be mass handouts to every visitor, but to be used selectively to promote
the program. Feel free to hand them out to interested parties or to those
who would benefit from them.
