Hi Friends,
Carolyn McCleskey, Debbie Shelley and I couldn't improve on the Condor's
description of this incredible, sunny day --- lucky seven blue whales!
Does everyone on the CINC Rainlist get the Condor Express sightings reports?
Best wishes,
Tara Brown

Subject: Warm blooded large animals -- aquatic kind

Lovers of the Warm blooded large animals -- aquatic kind,

Beautiful, glassy, calm conditions continue in the Channel, and the fog cleared
early to reveal SUN and blue skies and great cetacean-spotting visibility ...and
this is what the Condor Express watched closely:

7 Blue Whales
12 Humpbacks
300 Common Dolphins

The Blue Whales were showing their tail flukes again, and the Humpbacks were
friendly...breaching seen in the distance.   Lots of spouts out in the area.
Sign up now to see the show, you never know what Mother Nature has in store for
you in the way of fabulous sightings when you come on board. Make your
reservations now and see the Humpbacks, Blues, plus  whatever else is happening
out there in our wonderful Channel.  We are truly fortunate to live and play
where we do, and this is the best it gets as far as the early Summer season
goes.  Oh, yeah!

In addition to the expert crew on the Condor Express with over 35 years of
experience, Channel Islands Naturalist Corps volunteer naturalists,
representatives from the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary and National
Park, are usually on board and available to answer your questions during the
trip.

Best fishes and have a WHALE of a day!
