[CINC] weekly sign up reports

I just e-mailed the weekly sign up reports for whale watch and island
daytrips. There are still a lot of whale watch spots open and a couple of
daytrip opportunities for island trips to cover the Scorpion VC for those
who are certified on the island.

A quick reminder that when using volunteer spot to sign up, be sure to
click on "save" before closing the program or your sign ups will not be
saved. If you are experiencing difficulty or would like assistance with
using volunteer spot let me or Shauna know. If you haven't used it yet we
encourage you to do so. It's very intuitive and once you use it a couple
times it should be easy.

Clare is due back on the 7th, but it will likely take her a little while to
get caught up. Please include me on any communication regarding scheduling
for the next couple weeks to be sure nothing gets overlooked. It is also
possible that there may be a delay of about a week in posting the April
calendars. We'll keep you updated about that once Clare returns.
