Hi Everyone,
You may recall that Shauna sent an email out an email two weeks ago requesting not to fill out the distance data until further notice. The issues with the distance data have been resolved with a minor change. Instead of 3 distance categories, we will only have two. They are:
A = friendly sighting <100 yards
B = >100 yards
So instead of recording the actual distance, you will now record either A or B in the distance field. Please start using this method right away, even if the new forms aren’t on your boat just yet (they will be there very soon).
The best way to estimate 100 yards is to watch a football game (I know, it’s the wrong time of year) or go down to your nearest high school’s football field to take a look.
The updated forms have these codes in the lower right corner so you don’t have to remember them. If you want to download your own copies, you can find them at:

Let Shauna or I know if you have any questions.
Thanks, Joel...
