[CINC] APRIL OUTREACH

CINC, the April outreach calendar has been updated on volunteerspot.com, 
and we have still have openings for each outreach event in April.  If 
you want to sign up but are not using volunteerspot for some reason 
please contact me or Shauna.

There have been a few recent changes to outreach that you should be 
aware of.

    * There is a spot for one trainee on each event shift.  We
      appreciate you helping to train our new volunteers!  (See outreach
      procedures in training manual with any questions.)
    * CINP will recruit select CINC volunteers directly for education
      events such as the Ventura Co. Science Fair, Channel Islands Live,
      some school science nights, etc.  These events are no longer
      listed on our outreach sign-up calendar.
    * CINP continues to help with transport of outreach materials at
      many of our events.  Volunteerspot will show when we need
      assistance with transport via the "To Bring Task."  You may be
      asked to pick up or deliver to our storage unit at Ventura Harbor
      (instructions are included in event listing).
    * Please contact Shauna directly with any questions related to
      outreach, as next week is my last week in the office.  All time
      sheets should be sent directly to her as well.
