[CINC] sign-ups NOT easy--can we all be administrators?

Kathy, I disagree strongly. The calendars don't work well for manyof us.

The problem is not seeing the whole calendar at once. We need to be able to
see every alternative slot without "clicking" each one
(that's clicking 30 times on each calendar---and by the time you see all,
decide, and go back, it's all changed. And this happens many times a month,
for those of us who go out often to fill in open spots).

However, the "administrators" do thave that ability to see the whole
calendar at once. *Could Shauna/Dave arrange to give all of us admin
prerogatives on volunteerspot to see all slots on each day of every day of
the month?* That would solve the problem. (I have reported the problem to
volunteerspot, by the way, to see if they can incorporate such a feature in
their next update. They were interested, and are working on it.)

For instance, I frequently I can go out every day, but need to schedule
things on certain (but flexible) non-volunteer days -- or can go out just
afternoons - so I have to see all the alternatives. I can adjust my
schedule to CINC, but only if I can see all the alternatives.

Also, volunteer time counts. Great to save Clare time. Not great to cost
120 people a lot more time. If we are employee equivalents,... etc etc.
the argument can go on.

In short, it needs improvement and I think it will happen!
Best to all,
Diane
