[CINC] aboard Island adventure may 5

hikiing trips don't report sightings but this was most unusual.........page 
 said it is called a whale mugging.3 humpbacks circled the boat ....lunge 
feeding  ,spy hopping , rolling over on their back....we were looking down on 
the whales  not out at the whales.........finally, captain jimmy negoiated 
a deal and  we were released
after being held at bay for about 11//2  hours.      meanwhile, the fog 
lifted...a beautiful  day... the crossing took 2 1/2 hours.      p.s. we had  
over 100 passengers  ......lots of school kids and they know whale  breath!!
