[CINC] CINC Potluck Picnic

Greetings Naturalists, Boat Operators Crew and Staff, NPS Staff and CINMS
Staff,

Hopefully you already have the date of *June 8* marked on your calendar for
the *2nd Annual CINC Potluck Picnic*.  A special invitation is extended to
all the new CINC volunteers.  We hope you are able to come and participate
as this will be an ideal opportunity to meet current members of the
Naturalist Corps.  Please refer to the attached flyer for all pertinent
information about this "not to be missed event"!!

While not absolutely necessary it would be helpful in the planning if you
would email your intention to attend or your "definite maybe" to Paul at
ppetrich29 at me.com

As an added note, there are some ways in which we could use some *additional
help:*

   - Fire crew - to start and monitor the fire on which we will grill our
   wonderful meals (charcoal, lighter fluid, rake provided)
   - Collection Agency -  make sign(s) and collection container to collect
   the requested donation; help with financial accounting
   - Ambiance committee -  help set up and create a festive ambiance; and
   organize the layout
   - Clean Up -  actually everyone is part of this committee.

If you are willing to help in any of these areas please contact Paul or
myself directly.  Contact info can be found on the attached flyer.  Thanks
in advance to anyone who can lend a hand.

We look forward to seeing (hopefully) everyone on the 8th of June.
