P.S. Rincon Park is right on the Ventura County and Santa Barbara County border. Turn on Bates Road toward the ocean- then turn up "west" ( remember your geology and geography  lessons ) on the frontage road to the big parking lot for the Santa Barbara County part of the park on the bluff. If you turn "east" you will end up in the wrong park-Ventura County part known for its surfing.  Paul
