[CINC] anacapa lighthouse

a book called "lighthouses of the ventura coast" by rose castro-bran was
available at costco (maybe 8-10 left in the stack). there is a section on
the anacapa lighthouse. a few details are different the hike narrative.
"fun" photos of the keepers and buildings.
