[CINC] cancelled VENECO trip for next week...another time!

Hi, all CINCers,

Well, people must be too busy to go on this trip right now.  *We are
CANCELING the Veneco oil platform tour scheduled for next week.*  We will
try again in the future to get the minimum number of 25 signed up.
