Hi Folks,

AoP, on Saturday, was just as great as usual. Many folks, again, did not know these islands and the sanctuary exist, much less that they could actually go out there and enjoy them. Many others were aware of their existence but unaware they are a NP and that a NMS surounds them. Passed out many a coloring sheets for the kids, and posters and brochures on both the NP and NMS. Had many a good chat with explanations about the sanctuary and park with the folks coming through. 

Thanks to Drew, who brought all the gear down and had it mostly set up as I arrived at 8. Debbie, Ali and Mimi took over for the afternoon shift and were just as busy as we were in the morning. 

Thanks to Marty Golden who did the major organizing for NOAA getting all the various agencies to have a table presence there. All the tables were well attended all day.

A good day for out reach for the park and sanctuary, and for NOAA.
